Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with 59AI. Because our courses and subscription give you immediate access to digital content, the terms below explain when a refund is available.

1. Individual Courses (one-time purchase)

Our certification courses are sold as one-time purchases that unlock immediate, full access to the course material and final examination. You may request a full refund of a course purchase if all of the following are true:

Once the final examination has been attempted or a certificate of completion has been issued, the course is considered delivered in full and is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Pro Subscription (monthly)

The 59AI Pro subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

If you were charged after cancelling, or believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review and correct any genuine billing mistake.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email andrew@59ai.app from the email address associated with your account, and include the product purchased and the approximate date of purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

Duplicate charges, or charges resulting from a verified technical error that prevented you from accessing what you paid for, will be refunded in full once confirmed.

5. Fair Use

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse — for example, completing a course and downloading the certificate and then requesting a refund, or repeated purchase-and-refund activity. These limits keep 59AI fair and sustainable for everyone.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
